I am testing the Young's modulus of bilpid bilayer in force mapping using jpk data processing software, in batch process, to get the right value, need selesct the bilayer part(only 6-10 nm area),this bilayer part changes from different curves,if use 'keep and apply to all', automatically fit part will be shift alot from the right part, how to fix this problem?

As for the question, to fix the problem with the automatically fit part shifting, you may need to manually select the bilayer part on each curve instead of using "keep and apply to all." This way, you can ensure that the correct area is selected for each curve.
